1. Acceptance

Your use of KickCup: Tournament Manager is subject to these Terms and applicable law. By installing, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Limited license and ownership

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on a supported device. Software, artwork, designs and trademarks remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the app without permission, except where law allows.

3. Permitted use and app-specific rules

Organize football-video-game tournaments, manage players, matches, standings and knockout rounds.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of match results and details you enter.
• Obtain permission before entering other people's personal information into shared screenshots or records.
• This is an independent companion tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by football-game publishers or football governing bodies.

4. Your content and saved data

You are responsible for data you enter, such as names, choices, results or settings, and must have the necessary rights to use it. Local data may be lost if you reset a device, clear app storage or uninstall. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.

5. Advertising and purchases

The app may display advertising. Rewarded advertisements, where available, depend on ad inventory and successful completion of the relevant ad. The core app currently does not require an in-app purchase; if that changes, relevant purchase terms will be disclosed.

6. Third-party services

Google Play distribution, advertising, purchases, any online data services and operating-system functionality are also subject to the respective providers’ terms. Third-party services can change or become unavailable.

7. Important limitations

Standings and bracket calculations depend on the entered data; verify competition-critical results before awarding prizes.

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Updates and termination

We may change, update, limit or discontinue features subject to applicable law. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Material misuse may result in limits on online features where supported and lawful.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress, expected profits or service disruptions arising from app use. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

2. רישיון שימוש

בכפוף לתנאים אלה מוענק לכם רישיון מוגבל, אישי, בלתי בלעדי ובלתי ניתן להעברה לשימוש באפליקציה במכשיר הנתמך שלכם. זכויות היוצרים, העיצוב, הקוד וסימני המסחר נותרים בבעלות בעליהם. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או לנצל מסחרית את האפליקציה ללא רשות, למעט כפי שהדין מתיר.

3. שימוש מותר וכללים ייחודיים

• זהו כלי עצמאי שאינו משויך, מאושר או ממומן בידי מפיצי משחקי כדורגל או גופי כדורגל.

4. התוכן שלכם ונתונים שמורים

האחריות לתוכן שתזינו (כגון שמות, בחירות, תוצאות או הגדרות) היא שלכם. אל תזינו מידע שאין לכם זכות להשתמש בו. מידע מקומי עלול להימחק בעת איפוס מכשיר, ניקוי נתונים או הסרת האפליקציה. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות למידע על עיבוד נתונים.

5. פרסומות ורכישות

האפליקציה עשויה להציג פרסומות. פרסומות מתוגמלות, אם קיימות, תלויות בזמינות המודעה ובהשלמתה. נכון לגרסה המתוארת, שירות הליבה אינו דורש רכישות בתוך האפליקציה; אם הדבר ישתנה, יוצגו פרטי הרכישה הרלוונטיים.

6. שירותי צד שלישי

ההפצה דרך Google Play, שירותי פרסום, רכישות, אחסון מקוון או שירותי מערכת כפופים גם לתנאי הספקים הרלוונטיים. השירותים עשויים להשתנות או להיות לא זמינים.

7. מגבלות והבהרות

הטבלאות והשלבים מחושבים מהנתונים שהוזנו; יש לבדוק תוצאות חשובות לפני חלוקת פרסים.

האפליקציה מסופקת לפי זמינותה ובהתאם למותר בדין, ללא הבטחה לשימוש רציף, נקי משגיאות או מתאים לכל מטרה. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לשלול זכויות צרכן שלא ניתן לשלול לפי הדין.

8. עדכונים והפסקת שימוש

אנו עשויים לעדכן, לשנות, להגביל או להפסיק תכונות, בכפוף לדין החל. תוכלו להפסיק להשתמש באפליקציה ולהסירה בכל עת. אם השימוש מפר את התנאים באופן משמעותי, אנו עשויים להגביל גישה לתכונות מקוונות כאשר הדבר אפשרי ומותר.

9. אחריות והגבלת אחריות

ככל שהדין מתיר, איננו אחראים לנזק עקיף, לאובדן התקדמות, לרווחים צפויים או לשיבושים הנובעים מהשימוש באפליקציה. שום סעיף אינו מגביל אחריות שלא ניתן להגביל לפי החוק.
