KickCup: Tournament Manager is provided by an independent app developer. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this app, including by third-party service providers. Privacy contact: dolevnaimdeveloper@gmail.com.

Organize football-video-game tournaments, manage players, matches, standings and knockout rounds.

2. Information processed

  • Players' names, team names, tournament arrangements, scores and match histories entered by you are saved locally on the device.
  • The app's central tournament-management experience does not require a developer-hosted account or cloud storage for entered tournament data.

Permissions and additional details

The core experience does not require access to contacts or precise location. Enter only player names and details you are entitled to use.

3. Why information is used

Keep tournament records and standings on your device, provide match-management features and display advertising.

4. Advertising and third-party technology

This app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on your device, settings and applicable law, Google and advertising partners may process advertising/device IDs, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and related services. 5. Service providers and sharing

Google AdMob handles ad delivery and related device signals. Distribution is through Google Play.

Information may be processed by these providers for the purposes described here and under their own terms. We do not directly sell lists of player names, custom wheel entries or account emails to data brokers. Advertising-partner use of identifiers may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws.

6. Retention, security and transfers

Tournament data persists locally until removed in the app, app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to OS backups. Advertising data follows the ad provider's policies.

Reasonable protections are used through the relevant services, but no method of electronic storage or transfer is completely secure. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.

7. Your choices and data rights

You can manage permissions in Android settings, clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally held information (subject to device backups), and manage advertising preferences on your device. Where an in-app consent/privacy-options control is offered, it can be used to manage applicable advertising choices.

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, correction, deletion or restrictions regarding data associated with you by contacting dolevnaimdeveloper@gmail.com. We may need reasonable verification before fulfilling a request.

8. Children

The app does not intentionally ask children to submit personal information directly to the developer. Consult its Google Play age rating before allowing children to use it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s data has been handled improperly, contact us.
