1. Developer and scope

Rooftop Ninja is provided by an independent app developer. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this app, including by third-party service providers. Privacy contact: dolevnaimdeveloper@gmail.com.

An arcade timing game with rooftop crossings, characters, best scores and optional competitive features.

2. Information processed

  • Game progress, selected character, coins, settings and high scores may be stored locally.
  • When an online ghost or competitive mode is enabled and used, an anonymous game/player identifier, gameplay scores and challenge data may be processed using Firebase services; the exact data depends on the active game build.
  • Purchases, if offered, are processed by Google Play Billing rather than by collecting payment-card numbers in the app.

Permissions and additional details

Standard gameplay does not require access to contacts, microphone or precise GPS location.

3. Why information is used

Save progress and scores, enable any supported competition features, protect the game from abuse, and show or reward ads.

4. Advertising and third-party technology

This app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on your device, settings and applicable law, Google and advertising partners may process advertising/device IDs, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and related services. 5. Service providers and sharing

Google AdMob is used for ads, including possible rewarded ads. Optional online features may use Firebase. Google Play Billing handles available purchases.

Information may be processed by these providers for the purposes described here and under their own terms. We do not directly sell lists of player names, custom wheel entries or account emails to data brokers. Advertising-partner use of identifiers may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws.

6. Retention, security and transfers

Local saves last until reset, deletion or uninstall, subject to OS backups. Any associated online challenge records are retained for service needs and can be reviewed through a deletion request. Providers may retain limited security or transactional records.

Reasonable protections are used through the relevant services, but no method of electronic storage or transfer is completely secure. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.

7. Your choices and data rights

You can manage permissions in Android settings, clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally held information (subject to device backups), and manage advertising preferences on your device. Where an in-app consent/privacy-options control is offered, it can be used to manage applicable advertising choices. For deletion requests about online competition records, contact us with the app name and enough non-password information to help identify the related record.

Depending on applicable law, you may request information, correction, deletion or restrictions regarding data associated with you by contacting dolevnaimdeveloper@gmail.com. We may need reasonable verification before fulfilling a request.

8. Children

The app does not intentionally ask children to submit personal information directly to the developer. Consult its Google Play age rating before allowing children to use it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s data has been handled improperly, contact us.
