An interval workout timer with warm-up, work, rest and cool-down phases and music options.

2. Information processed

  • Workout configurations, durations, music selections and preferences may be saved locally on the device.
  • If you select audio files, the app accesses the files you choose through Android's available media/file controls; this is not intended to upload your selected audio to a developer-operated service.
  • Google Play Billing processes purchase transactions if you choose an available paid upgrade. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details.

Permissions and additional details

Audio playback and file selection may use Android media access or a system file picker. Permission availability and behavior vary by Android version. No precise location is needed for the workout timer.

3. Why information is used

Operate workout intervals and audio selections, restore eligible purchases, maintain settings and show ads to non-ad-free users.

4. Advertising and third-party technology

This app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on your device, settings and applicable law, Google and advertising partners may process advertising/device IDs, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and related services. 5. Service providers and sharing

Google AdMob may serve ads; Google Play Billing processes optional purchases; Android's local media services may handle selected playback.

Information may be processed by these providers for the purposes described here and under their own terms. We do not directly sell lists of player names, custom wheel entries or account emails to data brokers. Advertising-partner use of identifiers may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws.

6. Retention, security and transfers

Workout settings and selected local media references remain on your device until changed, cleared or uninstalled, subject to device backups. Google Play and ad providers retain their own records under their policies.

Reasonable protections are used through the relevant services, but no method of electronic storage or transfer is completely secure. Providers may process data in countries other than your own.

7. Your choices and data rights

You can manage permissions in Android settings, clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally held information (subject to device backups), and manage advertising preferences on your device. Where an in-app consent/privacy-options control is offered, it can be used to manage applicable advertising choices.

8. Children
